1. About JustNewMe
JustNewMe is a behavioral growth platform for crypto traders, operated by JustNewMe team ("we," "us," or "JustNewMe"). The platform helps users develop healthier trading habits through educational content, behavioral mini-games, and an AI companion. JustNewMe is not a financial services platform, brokerage, or exchange.
2. Wallet Connection
To use JustNewMe, you must connect a Solana blockchain wallet (such as Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack). By connecting your wallet, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
- JustNewMe only requests your public wallet address. We never request, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or recovery phrase.
- Connecting your wallet does not authorize any financial transactions, transfers, or on-chain actions on your behalf.
- You are solely responsible for any transactions you initiate on the Solana blockchain.
3. No Financial Advice
JustNewMe does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All content on this platform — including articles, game simulations, AI companion responses, and coaching — is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on JustNewMe should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or financial instrument. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use JustNewMe for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the platform without our written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or create accounts under false pretenses.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team.
5. Soulbound Credentials (SBTs)
Progress milestones on JustNewMe may be recorded as Soulbound Tokens (SBTs) on the Solana blockchain. These SBTs are non-transferable and are tied permanently to your connected wallet address. JustNewMe does not control, manage, or have any ownership over these on-chain credentials once minted. You retain full control of your wallet and any associated tokens.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and code on JustNewMe is owned by JustNewMe or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. User-generated content (such as reflections submitted to the Reflection Wall) remains your property, but you grant JustNewMe a non-exclusive license to use it for platform functionality.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
JustNewMe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty that the AI companion's responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, JustNewMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to Law No. 11/2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) and Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
